Instead of releasing a number of gift cards at a specific date and time, would it be possible to keep the option permanently available? It means people no longer have to keep an eye specifically on when ‘x’ or ‘y’ gift card will be released, and increase their uptake as a result.
In addition, is it possible to look into creating a system whereby you can trade in a customised number of points for gift cards? At present, it is clear that 10 points equals £1, so a system where I could then trade in, say, 80 points for an £8 gift card, or 60 for a £6 gift card would be quite attractive as an option.
