Hi there,

Would you kindly investigate a possible bug with the mobile app? When getting the notification that it’s time to share my Google data, the app hangs at “Requesting your data” on the “Talking to Google…” page, eventhough I receive an email notifying me that my data is ready to download. Sometimes I am taken to the Google page in order to insert my Google password, but then nothing further happens.

So, an update from me: I uninstalled, and reinstalled, which seemed to fix the problem, at least for me. So maybe try reinstalling and see if you encounter issues still.

When trying to connect to my Google account, the app stuck on “receive your data”. Waited for more than 10 hours, nothing happened.

Same for me, hangs on tequesting data. I still get the email saying data is ready to fownload but all never changes. Seems loads are experiencing this. Either fix the but or duggest a phone setting to fix it. Its been like this for over a month now.

Any update on this as I get the same problem. Same thing has happened over the last few weeks. I was told they were looking into it but am yet to hear back from them.
